WILL I INQUIRY LATE FEES?

10 to 15 minutes: We kindly request that you aim to arrive within this timeframe. In the spirit of flexibility and understanding, there will be no additional fee for this minor delay.
 
20 to 30 minutes: If your arrival exceeds the 15-minute grace period, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another day. This is done to maintain punctuality and the quality of service for all our clients, as we want to ensure that each customer receives the attention and time they deserve.

IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
​To secure your booking and guarantee your appointment, we require a 10% deposit based on the total service amount. This deposit is a testament to our commitment to provide you with exceptional service and to allocate the necessary time and resources for your appointment.

​10% Deposit: The deposit amount is calculated as 10% of the total service cost. This ensures that your spot is reserved exclusively for you and is deducted from the total payment due on the day of your appointment.

​Non-Refundable: We deeply value your commitment to us, and we allocate resources and time to fulfill your service. Therefore, the 10% deposit is non-refundable unless we receive a cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will gladly accommodate rescheduling requests made within this timeframe.
